You’ll wake to roosters and the distant beat of Bomba drums. You’ll taste alcapurrias fried fresh at kiosks older than the neighborhood. You’ll drive twenty minutes to the Cueva María de la Cruz, where real Taínos once slept. And when you’re ready, the Atlantic is right there.
This is Puerto Rico, but the part most tourists miss.

Caribe Social House sits right on the water in Piñones, Loíza — the only home in our collection with a true ocean view and a backyard that opens straight onto the sea. Wake to the sound of the waves, spend the day steps from the sand, and watch the water change color from your own yard as the evening comes in. Built for gathering, the house sleeps up to fourteen guests across four bedrooms and nine beds, with two bathrooms. There is room for a family reunion, a group of friends, or a celebration — space to come together and space to slip away when you need it. It sits close to our other Piñones homes, so larger parties can pair Caribe Social House with a neighboring house and keep everyone within a few minutes of one another, all along the same stretch of coastline. This is beachfront Puerto Rico the way locals live it — the water on your doorstep and San Juan just down the road.
